While the main Formula 1 race and qualifying rounds require a ticket in advance, there are opportunities where spectators can observe portions of the weekend excitement for free. Typically, these sessions take place in the MGP Live Fan Zone on Place d’Armes, and it is viewing opportunities come on a first come first serve basis. 

As early as possible! The earlier you purchase tickets for the Monaco Grand Prix race, the better price you are going to receive. Typically, tickets go on sale 92 days before the race. Keep in mind, if you are wanting to reserve tickets for transportation services as well such as trains, tickets can often be purchased up to 3 months in advance. 

Regulations have been eased in Monaco since the start of the pandemic. Currently, spectators must be fully vaccinated at least 90 days prior to entrance into Monaco, and mass but we work within the principality. The entire city of Monaco is based on design around luxury with elite and upscale qualities and points of interest. When attending the Monaco Grand Prix, Smart Casual Dress is typically the style of attire needed. In Monaco, a smart casual dress means a skirt/dress for women and a nice shirt with dress pants or slacks for men. Shorts, beach wear, and risky outfits should be avoided at all times

While attending the Monaco Grand Prix, staying in the heart of Monaco puts you right in the center of all the action. There are plenty of upscale hotels and resorts for spectators to say during the race. On the other hand, staying outside of the city is just as doable, as there is less traffic, lower rates, and plenty of options on the French Riviera, such as Nice or Menton. 

The most iconic viewing location for the Monaco Grand Prix is the Grand Stand K: Bureau de Tabac. The location offers an incredible atmosphere with a clear and unobstructed view of the harbor front and the Grand Prix race.
