We help you plan the vacation of your dreams and there is rarely any cost to you! During our initial consultation call, we will discuss any potential fees. Your trip will not be more expensive because you booked it through Adventures by Matt. Usually, your travel agent ends up saving you money with deals and discounts behind the scenes.

If you find a better price on a flight, hotel, or anything else related to your trip, please let me know. I will diligently look into anything that you bring to my attention. I want you to get the best deal out there! Please note that there are many options when it comes to booking the different parts of your trip. Some options may not be as reliable or may be misrepresenting what they are selling. A travel agent helps you to get the best deal and most reputable services!

I am not able to book on your behalf using points or rewards. I will, however, enter account information for loyalty programs to ensure you receive your benefits and points. If certain loyalty programs are important to you, please bring it to my attention when we discuss your travel plans so that I can get you the most points possible to use towards your next adventure!

As your travel agent, I will do all I can to assist in the event that you need to cancel all or part of your trip. The different vendors that we book with will have their own cancellation policies, so I will ensure you are aware of these at the time of your booking. We can also discuss all of your options in the event of a cancellation – potentially a refund, a credit, or rescheduling. I highly recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance to help alleviate the stress of a situation in which you need to cancel your vacation.

Yes, of course! We use a secure electronic system that is PCI compliant to store any and all information. Credit card details are only held for a limited amount of time. Your privacy and trust is very important and is one of our top priorities.

At Adventures by Matt, our goal is to make your travel dreams a reality. We start this process with a 15 minute consultation call. We want to know what you are looking for in a vacation – a romantic getaway, a family friendly trip, a beach getaway, or an urban adventure. With this information, we design your adventure! We tailor the trip to your wants and needs – from activities, to weather, to budget. We will make recommendations for your trip based on our knowledge and training of destinations and best travel practices. Once we have tailored your trip to exactly what you want, we will book it on your behalf!

As your travel agency, we are with you the entire way. If anything happens, we work tirelessly to resolve any issues to get your vacation back on track so you can focus on enjoying your trip. We are available day or night everyday of the year for our traveling guests. Our top priority is ensuring you have the best vacation possible from the planning process to returning safely back home.

You will not necessarily need to be for the entire trip up front. Majority of reservations can be made with a minimal deposit and then you will pay the remaining balance over time. Throughout the planning process, we will discuss payment dates and amounts with you prior to booking to ensure it will work for your budget and timeline.
