Best Restaurants at Epcot
One of the best parts about visiting EPCOT is getting to “travel” to all of the different countries to try their cuisine.
EPCOT is known for its seasonal festivals where you can purchase small menu items from booths located all around the World Showcase. Because of this, the park’s restaurants sometimes get overlooked.
Today, I’m here to shine a light on the best restaurants to dine at while in EPCOT.
Le Cellier Steakhouse
Le Cellier Steakhouse is a fantastic restaurant located in the Canada Pavilion. This steakhouse is inspired by the wine cellars of Canada’s grand château-style hotels.
Whether you go for lunch or dinner, the menu at Le Cellier is the same.
You can choose from appetizers such as a wedge salad, fried cauliflower with tahini espuma, or prime beef tartare. For your entrées, they offer various steak dishes. Those who would prefer something other than red meat can choose from options such as halibut and pork.
As is the case with many steakhouses, sides for the table can be purchased at an additional cost. Le Cellier offers delicious bacon-smoked gouda mac and cheese and Canadian cheddar creamed spinach to name a few. And it wouldn’t be Canada without some poutine, Canada’s famous gravy-coated french fries.
To end your meal, Le Cellier has a variety of desserts. The peanut butter-chocolate torte is a fan favorite but they have plenty of other offerings if that doesn’t sound like something you’d like.
This is considered a signature dining experience, so a meal at Le Cellier will likely cost you at least between $100-$150 a person depending on how many courses and sides you add to your meal.
Booking dining reservations in advance is highly recommended to guarantee a table for you and your family. To make your Disney World vacation easier, you can leave the planning to us and we’ll make sure you get a reservation at this cozy Canadian cellar.
Teppan Edo
If you’re looking for sushi or stir fry, Teppan Edo in the Japan Pavilion is a great option. Notmonly is this one of EPCOT’s best restaurants because of its food, but it offers a unique Disney World experience as well! Teppan Edo is a fun dining experience that is part show, part meal as chefs prepare your meals right at your table. You’ll be seated at a table with other guests as you watch your chef create delicious creations with a fun show to go along with it!
Teppan Edo is open for both lunch and dinner, though both dining options offer the same menu items so you can enjoy delicious food all afternoon and evening.
For appetizers, they offer classics such as calamari and edamame. If you’re a fan of sushi, you can order a sushi sampler to try a little bit of everything or you can just order a plate of your favorite sushi rolls.
When you’re ready for your entrée, they have selections for those who love fish and those who would prefer something else. Teppan Edo is known for their combination meals where you can get your choice of protein served with a salad, udon noodles, vegetables, and steamed rice.
To end your meal, be sure to try some refreshing green tea soft-serve ice cream.
For those over 21, you can also enjoy hot or cold sake, Japanese beer, and a sake cocktail, along with other alcoholic beverages.
Entrées at Teppan Edo cost about $35 to $48 while appetizers can be anywhere between $6 and $24 depending on what you order, making this another pricier option in EPCOT.
With all of the dining options at EPCOT, it can be overwhelming to decide where to eat. We can help you plan out all of your dining experiences to make sure that you can choose restaurants that are both delicious and fit into your budget.
La Hacienda De San Angel
La Hacienda De San Angel is one of the best restaurants in EPCOT for several reasons. Not only do they serve delicious Mexican cuisine, but they also offer prime fireworks viewing.
La Hacienda is only open for dinner and offers delicious selections like flautas, carne asada, Osso Buco a la Mexicana (braised short rib), chile relleno, tacos, and more. They also have classic dessert options like churros and flan for you to enjoy after your dinner. On top of the incredible food offerings, La Hacienda is also known for its margaritas. La Cava Avocado is a favorite among Disney guests, but there are several different flavors to choose from if that doesn’t sound like your thing.
One of the best parts of this restaurant is that it sits on the edge of the World Showcase Lagoon, offering you views of EPCOT’s newest fireworks show Luminous The Symphony of Us. It’s an indoor restaurant but the windows are large enough that you should be able to see the fireworks, even if you aren’t sitting close to them.
If you would like to dine at La Hacienda during EPCOT’s Luminous The Symphony of Us, it is highly recommended if not required that you have an advanced dining reservation. Please let us know if this is something you’re interested in and we can help make sure you get the best time available!
Via Napoli
If you’re a fan of Italian, Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria is a must-stop in EPCOT. Located in the Italy Pavilion, this casual dining location is perfect for families looking for a delicious slice of pizza. This restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner.
You can order classic Italian appetizers and entrées such as mozzarella caprese, calamari, tortellini, fettuccine via Napoli, chicken parmesan, and of course pizza. After lunch or dinner, you can enjoy a cup of Italian coffee or even a sweet cup of tiramisu. It truly is the exact Italian experience you would expect from EPCOT’s Italy pavilion. Kids and adults alike will enjoy getting to watch the chefs create pizzas in the open kitchen. You can watch through a glass pane as chefs toss pizza dough up in the air to make their delicious Italian creations.
Fun fact: Napoli has three wood-burning ovens all named after 3 different active volcanoes in Italy: Mount Etna, Mount Vesuvius, and Stromboli.
If you’re a fan of pizza, let us know and we can make sure you don’t miss out on a delicious slice during your next EPCOT visit.
