When you think of the word “vacation,” beaches and the ocean might come to mind. For some though, vacation can be a time to try something new, exciting, and adventurous. If you are looking for a trip that is centered around a blood pumping, heart racing activity or two then read on to explore some of the best destinations for thrill seekers!


Croc Cage: Get up close and personal with a crocodile at Crocosaurus Cove in Australia. Spend 15 minutes underwater with a saltwater crocodile. If you want to lower your heart rate after this exciting crocodile encounter, you can head on over to feed the friendly whip rays, visit the reptile house, or check out the creatures in the freshwater aquarium! 

Great Barrier Reef: One of the seven wonders of the world that is larger than the Great Wall of China is waiting for you. To experience the beauty of the reef you can scuba dive your way through it or see it from above with the Ultimate Skydive Cairns Experience. -Considered the world’s most dangerous hike, hiking Mt. Huashan is sure to be an exhilarating experience. This 3 to 5 hour hike is not for the faint of heart. -Get ready to go from 0 to 62mph in two seconds on Japan’s Takabisha roller coaster! Located at Fuji-Q Highland park, this coaster has a 121 degree descent and seven inversions. While at the park, you can also experience one of the fastest coasters in the world and another that is one of the longest and tallest. Get ready for a day of heart pumping excitement at this destination! 

-Travel to Nepal to skydive through Mount Everest, the world’s highest peak! Have an adventure like no other with some of the most beautiful views you could see.
